Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree with all of the terms below:GENERAL
• I might stream your commission on twitch/discord. Please let me know if you do not want me to.
• Please have sufficient visual references ready before requesting. I will not do new designs.
• You may be charged extra if a character is too detailed or complicated (ex: armor, props, special effects, poses)
• I have the right to turn down any commission that I am uncomfortable with or feel is outside my skill level.
• I will not draw, Gore, Furries/Anthro, Mecha, Real Life People. Please be mindful of my personal artstyle and check to see if your character is a right fit!
• I specialize in drawing Original Characters & Fanart Please do not rush me, I will keep you updated between stages of my art.
• Do not under any circumstance copy / trace / sell / edit my work.
• I do not allow my art to be used in any AI, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
• Prices are set for personal use only, please discuss with me about commercial use.
• Commercial fees are 100% of regular price if the artwork is to be used commercially (Merchandise/Ads/Print)
• Commercial fee for streaming: Just make sure you credit me and leave a link to my social media!
• You may only request to refund a piece before I've started working on it
• Delivery date is approx. 2 weeks to 1 month after payment. Hard deadlines less than 2 weeks are subject to a rush order fee.
• If I started your commission and find myself unable to finish it for whatever reason, I will give you a full refund.WIPS AND REVISIONS
• I'll send an initial rough sketch for approval AFTER payment (Skebs exempt). I will only send extra WIPs if I need something clarified and minor revisions can be made only then.Communication and Delivery
• Communication will be done via VGen chat/email.
• Please discuss with me any important deadlines so I can schedule accordingly.
• Final pieces are generally delivered 2-4 weeks after a commission is accepted. This time may vary depending on the queue and commission style. I will let you know about any delays/extensions.
• I will deliver the final piece through VGen.USE
• You may use my art on any social media, thumbnail, server or stream with credit.
• You may print out artwork for personal use.
• Reprinting on merchandise to sell is for Commercial Use only. (Extra fee)
